This Privacy Policy explains how Dialage LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with your use of https://dialage.app (the “Site”) and the Dialage mobile application (the “App,” and together with the Site, the “Services”).
We built the App so that it does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data from your use of the App. We also do not collect personal data from your use of the Site, except for the limited situations described in Section 3 (for example, when you choose to contact us).
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
When you use the App:
We do not collect any personal information (such as your name, email, contact details, or identifiers).
We do not create user accounts or profiles.
We do not collect or transmit any health, activity, sleep, or training data to our servers (we do not run any servers for the App).
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or tracking technologies in the App.
Any information you see or enter inside the App (including health or wellness-related inputs) is processed locally on your device only to provide the App’s functionality. It is not collected by us and is not shared with third parties by the App.
If you purchase a subscription or make an in-app purchase through the App, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store:
We do not receive your payment card number or full billing details.
Apple may process your information in accordance with Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
The App may locally check the status of your purchase (for example, by validating your App Store receipt) only to determine whether you have access to paid features. This validation is handled by the App and Apple’s systems; we do not operate separate servers for this.
If you contact us outside the App—for example:
By email; or
Through any contact link or form made available on the Site (if provided);
we will receive the information you choose to send, such as:
Your email address
Your name (if included)
The content of your message
We will use this information only to respond to you and manage our communications. We do not share or sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
This is separate from your in-app usage. The App itself still does not send us any data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top.
If we ever change the Services so that they do start collecting or sending personal data to our systems, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and, where required by law, notify you and/or seek your consent before those changes take effect.
